Waldmünchen District Court

The district court of Waldmünchen was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Waldmünchen .

history

When Bavaria was reorganized in 1803, the Waldmünchen district court was created from the Waldmünchen nursing office . After the establishment of the kingdom (1806), the district court of Waldmünchen was assigned to the Regenkreis in 1808 , which was renamed Upper Palatinate in 1838 . The district office in 1862 Waldmünchen followed the same area district court order of older forest Munich as an administrative authority. The district court of Waldmünchen remained the court authority and was converted into a district court with the Courts Constitution Act of 1879 . In addition to Waldmünchen, it included the communities Albernhof , Ast , Berndorf , Bernried , Biberbach , Breitenried , Diepoltsried , Döfering , Englmannsbrunn , Fahnersdorf , Flischbach , Geigant , Gleißenberg , Gmünd , Grassersdorf , Herzogau , Hetzmannsdorf , Hiltersried , Hocha , Höll , Katzbach , Katzelsrieda , Lixenried , Loitendorf , Pillmersried , Premeischl , Prosdorf , Rannersdorf , Rötz , Schäferei , Schönthal , Sinzendorf , Spielberg , Steegen , Steinlohe , Thurau , Tiefenbach , Treffelstein , Ulrichsgrün and Untergrafenried . On July 1, 1940, the Sudeten German communities Babilon , Böhmisch Kubitzen , Chodenschloß , Grafenried , Haselbach , Hochofen , Klentsch , Mauthaus , Meigelshof , Possigkau and water soups were assigned to the district court of Waldmünchen. After the Second World War , they returned to Czechoslovakia . When the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the district court was repealed.
