District Court of Müllheim

The district court of Müllheim is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of ten district courts (AG) in the district of the regional court of Freiburg .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the city of Müllheim in the district of Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald . The judicial district includes the cities and communities of Müllheim, Neuenburg am Rhein , Buggingen , Badenweiler , Auggen and Sulzburg with around 42,000 inhabitants.

For family matters , foreclosure and receivership matters for insolvency proceedings and as register court is District Court Freiburg responsible. Dunning proceedings are handled by the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court .

The regional court of Freiburg is superordinate to the district court of Müllheim . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Karlsruhe .
