Tuttlingen District Court

The Tuttlingen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six District Courts (AG) in the district of the Rottweil District Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The court is located at Werderstrasse 8 in Tuttlingen . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities Bärenthal , Buchheim , Emmingen-Liptingen , Fridingen an der Donau , Geisingen , Immendingen , Irndorf , Kolbingen , Mühlheim an der Donau , Neuhausen ob Eck , Renquishausen , Rietheim-Weilheim , Seitingen-Oberflacht , Tuttlingen and wormlings . Around 72,000 people live in it. The district court of Tuttlingen, like every district court, has first instance jurisdiction for civil and criminal matters, as well as for all enforcement matters if the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district as well as for family and insolvency proceedings. The Tuttlingen District Court also centrally handles disputes in family and lay judges' cases , for which the Spaichingen District Court would actually be responsible locally. In Baden-Württemberg, dunning procedures take place centrally at the Stuttgart District Court .

The regional court of Rottweil is directly superior to the Tuttlingen District Court . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
