The District Court of Oberndorf am Neckar is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of six district courts (AG) in the district of the Rottweil Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is the town of Oberndorf am Neckar in the Rottweil district . The 480 km² judicial district extends to the areas of the municipalities of Aichhalden , Dornhan , Epfendorf , Fluorn-Winzeln , Hardt , Lauterbach , Oberndorf am Neckar, Schenkenzell , Schiltach , Schramberg , Sulz am Neckar and Vöhringen . Around 79,000 people live in it.

The foreclosure and administrative proceedings from the district of the AG Oberndorf am Neckar are assigned to the Rottweil District Court . Dunning proceedings are handled by the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court .
