Ana Roman (born November 13, 1975 in Zărneşti ) is a former Romanian biathlete .

Ana Roman lives in Brașov . She began her international career at the beginning of the 1993/94 season when she competed in her first races in the World Cup in Bad Gastein and was 76th in the individual and 90th in a sprint. In the course of her career, she never reached the points in individual races in the World Cup. The first international championships and at the same time the high point of her career were the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer for the then 18-year-old . Roman came here on the side of Adina Țuțulan-Șotropa , Mihaela Cârstoi and Ileana Ianoșiu-Hangan in the relay race and was 16. Her best international result she achieved at the 1996 World Championships in Ruhpolding as 37th in the individual, in the sprint was the Romanian 67th place. In the last World Cup race before the World Cup, she was 38th in a World Cup sprint in Osrblie . A year later , Roman was 77th in the individual and 74th in the sprint in Osrblie. After the World Cup, she ended her active career.
