Ileana Ianoșiu-Hangan (born January 23, 1969 in Bistrița ) is a biathlon trainer, former Romanian biathlete and cross-country skier .

Ileana Ianoșiu-Hangan was initially active as a cross-country skier. In Calgary , she first took part in the Winter Olympics in 1988 . She did not finish in the race over 5 kilometers. She also reached 12th place in the relay race with Mihaela Cârstoi , Adina inauțulan-Șotropa and Rodica Drăguș . After Biathlon became an Olympic sport, the Romanian joined the sport and took in 1992 in Albertville at the inaugural Olympic biathlon competitions for women in part. In the sprint Ianoșiu-Hangan was 48th and on the side of Mihaela Cârstoi and Adina Țuțulan-Șotropa, who had also switched from cross-country skiing to biathlon, tenth place. In the race over 30 kilometers, she also started cross-country skiing and was 50 there. Two years later , the third Olympic Games followed in Lillehammer . Ianoșiu-Hangan reached 43rd place in the sprint and was with Adina Țuțulan-Șotropa, Ana Roman and Mihaela Cârstoi as the final runner 16th with the relay. The last major event was the 1997 World Championships in Osrblie , where the Romanian was 47th in the individual and 62nd in the sprint.
