Ana Zaninović (born June 26, 1987 in Split ) is a Croatian Taekwondoin . It starts in the weight class up to 53 kilograms.

Zaninović played her first international title fights in the adult area in 2005. At the European Championships in Riga and the World Championships in Madrid , however, she could not intervene in the fight for the medals. She finally won her first medal at the 2007 World Cup in Beijing , only losing to Brigitte Yagüe in the final and winning silver. Zaninović celebrated her greatest sporting success so far at the 2011 World Cup in Gyeongju . With a final victory over Lamyaa Bekkali , she won her first world title. With silver at the European Championships 2012 in Manchester , she was able to fight for her first European Championship medal, she only had to admit defeat in the final Hatice Kübra Yangın .

Zaninović won the decisive battle for third place against Mayu Hamada at the international Olympic qualification tournament in Baku in the weight class up to 57 kilograms and qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games in London . Her twin sister Lucija is also a successful Taekwondoin, she also qualified for the 2012 Olympic Games.
