Anastase Mutabazi
Anastase Mutabazi (born December 24, 1952 in Birenga ) is Bishop Emeritus of Kabgayi .
Life
Anastase Mutabazi was ordained a priest on July 25, 1980 and was incardinated in the clergy of the Kibungo diocese .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Kabgayi on March 13, 1996. The retired Bishop of Kibungo , Joseph Sibomana , consecrated him on May 26th of the same year as bishop ; Co- consecrators were Thaddée Ntihinyurwa , Archbishop of Kigali , and Frédéric Rubwejanga , Bishop of Kibungo. He resigned from his office on December 10, 2004.
