André Tempelmeier (born May 25, 1967 ) is a former German handball player .

Career

André Tempelmeier started playing handball at TV Sachsenroß Hille . He later played for six years at SG Hameln and from 1995 at TBV Lemgo . With the TBV of 1.89 meter was right winger in 1997 and 2003 German champions and 1997 and 2002 DHB Cup winner . He also won the European Cup Winners' Cup with Lemgo in 1996 and the EHF Cup in 2006 . After the 2005/06 season, Tempelmeier ended his Bundesliga career after 415 games and 770 goals and played in the second team of the TBV, the HSG Handball Lemgo 2. There he was mostly used in the right backcourt . After a few weeks when Landesligisten TV Großenmarpe-Erdbruch he ran from September 2011 for the Oberliga on HSG Augustdorf / Hövelhof. He ended his career after the 2014/15 season.
