Andre Rudolph

Andre Rudolph (* 1975 in Warsaw ) is a German writer , poet and translator .

life and work

Andre Rudolph grew up in Leipzig and studied German, philosophy and Slavic studies. His poems have been published in numerous anthologies and literary magazines. In 2009 his debut volume “Fluglärm über den Palästen unsrer reminnerlichkeit” was published, which, like his translations by the Polish poet Tadeusz Dąbrowski, was placed on the SWR best list. Rudolph has received several awards. He is also a member of the PEN Center Germany .
