Andrea Karrer

Andrea Karrer (* 1963 in Vienna ) is an Austrian cook and cookbook author . After working at her parents' inn , she trained as a cook. In recent times she has increasingly turned to writing cookbooks. She has a weekly program on Radio Niederösterreich and writes for the magazine Wienerin . She was responsible for the programs “Summer Time” and “Autumn Time” for ORF . She works once a week for Christian Petz in the Palais Coburg . Together with her husband Hanno Pöschl , she runs the Gasthaus Pöschl on Weihburggasse in downtown Vienna .
