Andreas Lorenz (politician, 1971)
Andreas Lorenz (born August 1, 1971 in Mühldorf am Inn ) is a Bavarian politician ( CSU ) and was a member of the state parliament for the Munich-Giesing district from 2008 to 2018 .
He joined the CSU in 1988. From 1996 to 2008 he was a member of the Munich city council and in 2008 became a district committee member of Sendling . In the state elections in 2008 he was elected to the Bavarian state parliament and, in his capacity as a member of parliament, was a member of the Committee for Local Affairs and Internal Security , the Committee for Constitutional Affairs, Law, Parliamentary Questions and Consumer Protection and the Judges Election Commission.
In the state elections in 2018 he ran again as a direct candidate for the Munich-Giesing district, but lost the mandate to Gülseren Demirel ( Alliance 90 / Greens ).
