Andreas Volland (born February 19, 1965 in Pfronten ) is a former German ice hockey player . He played as a striker in the ice hockey Bundesliga and was active for the national team.

career

Volland began his career as a junior player at SC Riessersee and EV Pfronten . After he was only able to play nine games in the ice hockey Bundesliga in Riessersee, he moved to Mannheim's ERC in 1985 . In five rounds he ran in 207 games for the team and scored 52 points scorer . In the 1986/1987 season he was German ice hockey runner-up under coach Ladislav Olejnik . In 1990 he joined the EC Hedos Munich and left the club in the 1993/94 championship season in the direction of Kaufbeuren . With ESV Kaufbeuren he played for two years in the newly founded DEL . Although he was able to achieve 25 points scorer in the main round for the Kaufbeurer in 1996 , he moved to the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga at ERC Sonthofen . From 1998 he only played in amateur clubs at EA Kempten and EV Pfronten. In 2004 he ended his career.

In 1993 Volland played for the German national team at the World Cup and was able to achieve three scorer points in six games.
