Count Andrzej Kazimierz Potocki (born June 10, 1861 in Krzeszowice near Cracow , † April 12, 1908 in Lemberg ) was a Polish nobleman , landowner and politician from the Potockis family . He was shot dead by a Ukrainian nationalist in the Galician parliament in Lviv .

Andrzej Potocki was a son of the conservative politician Adam Potocki (1822–1872). After studying law at the University of Cracow , he was awarded a doctorate in 1884. As a large landowner, he also owned Kamjanka-Buska and other lands in addition to his birthplace Krzeszowice . From 1901 to 1902 he was the Land Marshal of the Galician Parliament. From 1903 until his death in 1908 he was governor of the Austrian crown land of Galicia . In 1907 he was appointed a Knight of the Order of the Golden Fleece by Emperor Franz Joseph . On April 12, 1908, he was murdered by the Ukrainian philosophy student Miroslaw Siczynski (1887–1979) in the audience room of the Lviv Parliament with six pistol shots . He left his wife Krystyna nee Tyszkiewicz (1866–1952), six daughters and three sons. As a final word Potocki a will of loyalty handed to the Emperor: Say that I was His Majesty his faithful servant.
