Anil Couto
Anil Joseph Thomas Couto (born September 22, 1954 in Pemburpa , Goa , India ) is Archbishop of Delhi .
Life
Anil Couto was ordained a priest on February 8, 1981 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Cenculiana and auxiliary bishop in Delhi on December 22, 2000 . He was ordained episcopal on March 11, 2001 by the Archbishop of Delhi, Vincent Michael Concessao ; Co- consecrators were Oswald Gracias , Archbishop of Agra , and Symphorian Thomas Keeprath OFMCap , Bishop of Jalandhar .
On February 24, 2007 Benedict XVI appointed him . as Bishop of Jalandhar and on November 30, 2012 as Archbishop of Delhi.
