Anna Limbach (born July 22, 1989 ) is a German saber fencer . She is fourteen times German champion .

Life

Limbach works and lives in Cologne. Your club is TSV Bayer Dormagen . Nicolas Limbach is her older brother. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from St. John's University in New York and a master's degree in corporate development from the University of Cologne.

successes

Anna Limbach won the German fencing championships in 2006 , 2008 , 2009 , 2011 , 2014 and 2019 with the saber team. In 2015 , 2016 , 2017 and 2018 she won the saber title at both the German individual championships and the team championships.

In 2008 she won bronze with the Saber team at the Junior European Championships in Prague . Limbach's greatest successes include 5th place at the 2016 European Championships in Tbilisi and 5th place at the 2017 World Championships in Leipzig. With a 3rd place at the Grand Prix in Seoul, she was able to make it into the world rankings in the 2017/2018 season improve to 7th place.
