At the German Fencing Championships 2017 , the individual and team competitions of the fencing sport were held separately in three parts according to the weapon type. The German Foil Championships took place from March 25th to 26th, 2017 at the Olympic base in Tauberbischofsheim , the Saber Championships from April 29th to 30th, 2017 in Nuremberg and the Epee Championships from May 20th to 21st, 2017 in Leipzig . The championships were organized by the German Fencing Association .
