At the German Fencing Championships in 1922 , individual competitions were held in men's florets, men's epee and men's saber, the team competitions were canceled for financial reasons, and women's competitions were not held until 1923. The tournament took place from July 11th to 16th in Bad Nauheim . The championships were organized by the German Fencing Association .
