Anna Luise Kiss

Anna Luise Kiss (born November 27, 1981 in Heidelberg ) is a German media scientist and actress .

Life

Anna Luise Kiss made her comrade debut at the age of 13 in an episode role in the TV series Die Kommissarin . After graduating from high school, she took acting, singing and piano lessons. Through her role as novice Barbara Silenius in the ARD series Um Himmels Willen , Kiss became known to a wider audience. She also works for audio book productions and as a presenter and speaks Swiss German , French and fluent English in addition to her mother tongue .

In parallel to her acting profession, Anna Luise Kiss studied cultural studies and media studies , from which she graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Arts . She then worked as a research assistant , from 2016 to 2018 also as Vice President for Research and Transfer at the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf , where she did her doctorate in 2018 with a research thesis on the construction of amateur actors in feature films . Anna Luise Kiss has been head of Research and Transfer at the Film University since 2019 . She also pursues scientific projects and publishes in specialist publications.
