Anne Victoire Metzler
Anne Victoire Metzler (real name Anne-Laure Metzler ; born July 9, 1984 in Anderlecht ) is a Luxembourgish actress .
She began her training as an actress in 1998 at the Conservatory of Luxembourg City. After graduating from high school in 2003, she moved to Paris to attend the Florent European Drama School . Three years later she applied to the renowned Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris , where she was among the last 25 actresses out of more than a thousand applicants. After this experience, she stood in front of the camera for many international film and television productions. At the same time, she began studying psychoanalysis in Paris in 2007, which she completed in Berlin at the IPU .
Life
Anne Victoire Metzler is the daughter of the Belgian gynecologist Annick Aerts and the Luxembourg internist Roger Metzler. She spent her childhood in Luxembourg and German-speaking Switzerland . At the age of seven she was on stage with the school theater and performed with the Li Marteling ballet school in the National Theater of Luxembourg.
After primary school in Strassen , she attended the Athénée grammar school in Luxembourg. From 1999 to 2003 she attended the national theater school at the Conservatory of Luxembourg under the direction of Patrick Hastert and Michèle Clees . At Florent she was taught by acting teachers such as Lesley Chatterley , Hauke Lanz , Mélissa Broutin , Jean-Pierre Garnier and Christophe Garcia . In 2006 she got her acting diploma in English, French and German.
In 2004 she played the leading role "Lena" in the German play " The Cold Child " by Marius von Mayenburg, which was performed both in Paris and at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig . A year later she got the female lead in the French short film "Lu Lincou" by Augustin Burger . This was followed by several roles in international film and television productions. In 2009 she performed as Elena in Chekhov's "Uncle Vanya" at the Art and Light Festival in Luxembourg. As a playing partner, she had the well-known French actor, Bruno Abraham-Kremer . In summer 2011 she played a monologue based on the play "I won't die in my bed" by Christoph Nussbaumeder as part of the Fundamental Monodrama Festival in Luxembourg . The German director Hauke Lanz directed it .
She has been living permanently in Berlin since July 2010.
She is a member of the Federal Association of Film and TV Actors .
Since February 2010 she has been in a relationship with the German film and television actor Martin Kiefer . They live together in Berlin.
