Annika Pinske
Annika Pinske (born July 6, 1982 in Prenzlau ) is a German film director and screenwriter .
Life
Annika Pinske studied philosophy and literature from 2004 to 2010 at the Humboldt University in Berlin and at the University of Potsdam . During her studies, she sat in on the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz a . a. with the directors René Pollesch and Dimiter Gotscheff .
Since 2009 she has been working as a freelancer for the film production company Accomplizen Film and from 2013 to 2015 she was the personal assistant to the director Maren Ade , for example for the movie Toni Erdmann . Pinske has been studying directing at the German Film and Television Academy Berlin since 2011 . Her short film Spielt nicht Rolle , which premiered in the national competition at the Max Ophüls Prize , was nominated for the German Short Film Prize in 2015 and awarded a particularly valuable prize by the film evaluation office . Her film Homework premiered at the Dresden Film Festival in the national competition and was awarded the German Short Film Prize in gold in 2016.
Annika Pinske lives in Berlin .
