Anton Feinig

Anton "Tonč" Feinig (born September 20, 1971 in Klagenfurt ) is an Austrian jazz musician , composer and producer.

Act

Feinig plays the piano and so-called vintage instruments. Currently (2019) work on the first CD production as a singer, collaboration with the Slovenian singer and author Vlado Kreslin, in Austria / Germany performances with the Austrian actor and singer Max Müller. Feinig also regularly teaches at workshops. Member of the Carinthian cultural committee since 2013, chairman of the advisory board for music since 2019.

At eight, he took piano lessons in the Slovenian music school in Carinthia ( Slovenian Slovenska glasbena šola na Koroškem ), then at the Carinthian State Conservatory in Klagenfurt (1994, diploma , jazz piano). Feinig continued his studies in the Netherlands , at the Royal Conservatory The Hague (1994-2000), where he completed his Master of Music (class Frans Elsen), and also studied jazz singing (class Rachel Gould , Jeanne Lee ). He has lived in Austria again since 2000, where he works as a freelance musician, composer and producer.
