Anton Goudsmit (born April 24, 1967 in Haarlem ) is a Dutch jazz guitarist.

Goudsmit was one of the founding members of the big band The New Cool Collective . He performed with the group Haas & The Guitar Bandits and with musicians such as Ramón Valle , Eric Vloeimans and Ernst Reijseger . After working as a sideman for a long time, he founded the A4 quartet with saxophonist Efraim Trujillo , bassist Arnold Dooyeweerd and drummer Martijn Vink . He also directs The Ploctones . In 2010 he was awarded the VPRO / Boy Edgar Prijs .
