Anton Olegowitsch Kazanzew ( Russian Антон Олегович Казанцев ; born August 26, 1986 in Rudny , Kazakh SSR ) is a Kazakh ice hockey player who has been under contract with HK Arlan Kökschetau in the Kazakh ice hockey championship since 2015 .

Career

Anton Kazantsev began his career as a hockey player in the youth division of the HK Sibir Novosibirsk , for whose second team he was active from 2003 to 2007 in the Pervaya League , the third Russian division. Then the defender moved to Barys Astana in the second-class Wysschaja Liga . After the club had been included in the newly founded Continental Hockey League before the 2008/09 season , he completed a total of eleven KHL games, in which he received 62 penalty minutes. At the same time, he was in eight games for HK Sary-Arka Karaganda from Kazakhstan in the Wysschaja Liga, the second Russian division, on the ice. In the following two seasons he came to other missions in the KHL, but played from 2010 mainly for the second team Astana in the Kazakh championship .

For the 2011/12 season Kazantsev was committed by HK Sokol Krasnoyarsk from the Wysschaja Hockey League , the second Russian division, which he left after just under a year to spend the last season game at HK Astana from the Kazakh championship. He then moved back to the Wysschaja Hockey League and played for almost three years at Yermak Angarsk . In early 2015 he moved to HK Almaty in the Kazakh league, where he ended the season. Since 2015 he has been playing for league rivals HK Arlan Kökschetau , with whom he celebrated his first Kazakh championship in 2018 .

International

For Kazakhstan Kazanzew took part in the World Championships 2010 and 2014 in the top division, in which he came to a total of eight missions. At the Winter Asian Games 2017 , he and his team won the title ahead of South Korea .
