Antonia Jung (born January 8, 1998 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress .

Life

Antonia Jung made her debut in 2003, at the age of five, as a charcoal burner in Der Alpenkönig and der misanthrope at the Theater in der Josefstadt . In addition to acting and voice training, she also received dance lessons. From 2005 to 2013 she was in the children's choir of the Vienna Volksoper , where she appeared on stage in Madama Butterfly and Carmen, among others , and in 2012 with the Carmina Burana .

In 2008 she played the role of Ivana in the play Immaculate at the Schallaburg and played the role of Rob at the Haag summer theater in the Ghost of Canterville . In 2009 she won first place in the star.t youth and child promotion initiative in the field of drama. At the Vienna Chamber Opera she took part in the Magic Flute, at the Theater an der Wien she was on stage in Così fan tutte . In 2014/15 she worked at the Burgtheater as part of the Junge Burg in Madalyn and took her school- leaving exam.

In 2016, she embodied the role of Sandra Bucher in the ORF / ARD miniseries Pregau - No way back alongside Maximilian Brückner and Ursula Strauss , who played their parents in it.

In the 2016/17 season she was seen at the Theater in der Josefstadt in the world premiere of Ödön von Horváths Nobody . Before that she appeared there in 2011 in the dream novel , 2012 in stories from the Vienna Woods and 2013 in Aus Liebe . In 2018 she was seen at the Wiener Schauspielhaus in the world premiere of Digitalis Trojana - The Lake, the City and the End by Bernhard Studlar and Tomas Schweigen as Kathi. Before that, she worked on the Seestadt saga produced by the Schauspielhaus .
