Antonio Yapsutco Fortich (born August 11, 1913 in Dumaguete City , † July 2, 2003 in Bacolod City ) was Bishop of Bacolod .
Life
Antonio Yapsutco Fortich was ordained a priest on March 4, 1944 . Paul VI appointed him on January 13, 1967 Bishop of Bacolod.
He received his episcopal ordination on February 24th of the same year by the Archbishop of Manila and Military Vicar of the Philippines , Cardinal Rufino Jiao Santos ; Co- consecrators were Antonio José Frondosa , Bishop of Capiz , and Epifanio Surban Belmonte , Bishop of Dumaguete .
On January 31, 1989, Pope John Paul II accepted his age-related resignation.
