House Apfelallee 21 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The Apfelallee 21 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1898. The villa in Apfelallee is a protected architectural monument with the ID D-1-62-000-371.

The two-storey building was built according to plans by August Exter's office , who designed many other houses in the villa colony. The house with a steep gable roof has a bay window on the ground floor and a half-timbered decoration in the top of the gable.
