Labor Court Wiesbaden
The Wiesbaden Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the seven labor courts in Hessen .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in Wiesbaden .
It is locally responsible for legal disputes from the district court districts Idstein , Rüdesheim am Rhein , Bad Schwalbach and Wiesbaden. In addition, based on collective bargaining agreements or statutory regulations, it is first instance responsible for all lawsuits brought by the social security funds of the construction industry against employers based in the old federal states or abroad.
With the dissolution of the Limburg Labor Court on December 31, 2011, responsibility for the previous area of Limburg was transferred to the Wiesbaden Labor Court.
Building and size
After the completion of the new justice center in 2009, the Wiesbaden Labor Court is now located in Mainzer Strasse. The postal address is: Mainzer Str. 124, 65189 Wiesbaden.
The Wiesbaden Labor Court has fourteen chambers .
Superior courts
The Hessian State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Wiesbaden labor court .
