The Wetzlar Labor Court was a labor court of one of the former twelve Hessian labor courts .

history

In 1926 the Wetzlar Labor Court was set up as part of the Wetzlar District Court . Since 1953 it was an independent court.

The labor court in Wetzlar was closed on December 31, 2011. As of January 1, 2012, the Giessen Labor Court is responsible for the former Wetzlar cases.

Seat and District of the Court

The court had its seat in Wetzlar at Hausertorstrasse 47b .

The labor court of Wetzlar was locally responsible for legal disputes from the district court districts of Dillenburg and Wetzlar . The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Hessian State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court were subordinate to the court.
