Marburg Labor Court
The Marburg Labor Court was a labor court and one of the former twelve Hessian labor courts .
history
In 1926 the Marburg Labor Court was set up as part of the Marburg District Court . Since 1953 it was an independent court.
The Marburg Labor Court was closed on December 31, 2011. From January 1, 2012, the Giessen Labor Court will be responsible for the former Marburg cases.
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in Marburg .
It was locally responsible for legal disputes from the district court districts of Biedenkopf , Frankenberg (Eder) , Kirchhain , Marburg and Schwalmstadt .

The postal address was Gutenbergstrasse 29a, 35037 Marburg.
The Marburg Labor Court had two chambers .
In the courthouse there are regular exhibitions of the Art Forum Labor Court Marburg.
Superior courts
The Hessian State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court were superordinate to the Marburg Labor Court.
