Fulda Labor Court
The Fulda Labor Court , a labor court system , is one of the seven labor courts in Hessen .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in Fulda in the street Am Hopfengarten .
The Fulda Labor Court is locally responsible for legal disputes from the Fulda district as well as the cities and communities Freiensteinau , Grebenhain , Herbstein , Schlitz , Ulrichstein and Wartenberg in the Vogelsberg district .
With the dissolution of the Bad Hersfeld Labor Court on December 31, 2011, responsibility for the places in the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district that were previously looked after in Bad Hersfeld was transferred to the Fulda Labor Court. From the Hanau Labor Court , which had also been dissolved , the Fulda Labor Court took over the places in the northeastern area of the previous Hanau judicial district.
The factual jurisdiction results from the Labor Court Act .
Superior courts
The Hessian State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Fulda Labor Court.
