The Limburg Labor Court was one of the former twelve Hessian labor courts .

history

In 1926 the Limburg Labor Court was established as part of the Limburg District Court . From 1953 it was an independent court.

The Limburg Labor Court was closed on December 31, 2011. Since January 1, 2012, the Wiesbaden Labor Court has been responsible for the cases of the former Limburg judicial district.

Seat and District of the Court

The court had its seat in Limburg an der Lahn in Central Hesse in the street Schiede 14 .

The Limburg Labor Court was locally responsible for legal disputes from the Limburg and Weilburg district courts . The factual jurisdiction resulted from the Labor Court Act .

Superior courts

The Hessian State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court were superordinate to the Limburg Labor Court.
