Darmstadt Labor Court
The Darmstadt Labor Court , a labor court , is one of the seven labor courts in Hessen.
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in Darmstadt . It is locally responsible for legal disputes from the district court districts of Bensheim , Darmstadt , Fürth , Dieburg , Groß-Gerau , Lampertheim , Michelstadt and Rüsselsheim am Main (except Kelsterbach ).
Building and size
The labor court is located in the new judicial building completed in 1988 on the corner of Steubenplatz and Am alten Bahnhof. The building not only houses the Darmstadt Labor Court, but also the Darmstadt Social Court , the Hessian Regional Social Court and the 6th Family Senate of the Higher Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main .

The Darmstadt Labor Court has twelve chambers .
Superior courts
The Hessian Regional Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court are superordinate to the Darmstadt Labor Court.
