Labor Court Bad Hersfeld
The Labor Court in Bad Hersfeld was a labor court and one of the former twelve labor courts in Hesse .
history
In 1926, the Bad Hersfeld Labor Court was set up as part of the Bad Hersfeld District Court . It had been an independent court since 1953, although the courthouse was used by both courts until it was closed.
As of December 31, 2011, the Bad Hersfeld Labor Court was closed. The tasks for the Werra-Meißner district were transferred to the Kassel Labor Court and the Fulda Labor Court for the other places . The rooms that become free will be used by the Bad Hersfeld District Court. This takes on the tasks of the dissolved district court Rotenburg an der Fulda and accordingly requires more space.
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in Bad Hersfeld at Dudenstrasse 10.
The Bad Hersfeld labor court was locally responsible for legal disputes from the Hersfeld-Rotenburg district as well as the cities and communities Berkatal , Eschwege , Herleshausen , Meinhard , Meißner , Ringgau , Sontra , Waldkappel , Wanfried , Wehretal and Weißenborn from the Werra-Meißner district . The factual jurisdiction resulted from the Labor Court Act .
Superior courts
The Labor Court in Bad Hersfeld was superordinated to the Hessian State Labor Court and, in the further course of action, the Federal Labor Court.
