Hanau Labor Court
The Hanau Labor Court , a labor court system , was one of the former twelve Hessian labor courts.
history
In 1926 the Hanau Labor Court was established as part of the Hanau District Court . It had been an independent court since 1953, although the courthouse was used by both courts until it was closed.
The Hanau Labor Court was closed on December 31, 2011. From January 1, 2012, the Offenbach am Main labor court will be responsible, unless the Fulda labor court is responsible for the north-eastern area of the previous Hanau court district .
Seat and District of the Court
The court had its seat in Hanau . It was locally responsible for legal disputes from the district court districts of Gelnhausen , Hanau and Schlüchtern .

The labor court was in the city center; it had a branch in the Hanau district of Wolfgang .

The Hanau Labor Court had four chambers .
Superior courts
The Hessian State Labor Court and the Federal Labor Court were superordinate to the Hanau labor court .
