Ardijan Đokaj (Cyrillic Ардијан Ђокај , Albanian Ardian Gjokaj , UEFA spelling Ardijan Djokaj ; * May 23, 1979 in Titograd ) is a former Montenegrin football player . Most recently he was in the squad of TSV 1860 Munich .
Đokaj, who was used in various positions on the offensive in the course of his career, began his career in the youth department of FK Dečić Tuzi . In 1996 he moved to FK Budućnost Podgorica in the 1st Yugoslav League, where he was used five times. In the 1997/98 season he was in the squad of FK Mladost Podgorica , for whom he ran 20 times and scored seven goals. The following season he played again for FK Budućnost and scored two goals in 15 games.
In 1999 Đokaj joined the Spanish first division club RCD Mallorca for a year , where he could not score in six missions. In the 2000/01 season he ran 20 times for the Spanish second division club UE Lleida and scored two goals.
In 2001 Đokaj returned to the Balkan Peninsula and was there for three years in the squad of FK Obilić . In 73 games he was able to score 17 goals there. In 2004 he moved to league rivals OFK Belgrade , for whom he scored five goals in 14 games. In the 2005/06 season he played in the first half of the season for FK Red Star Belgrade , where he scored twice in 14 appearances. He also made five UEFA Cup appearances in which he scored one goal. In the second half of the season he was in the Trabzonspor squad , where he scored two goals in eight games. In the 2006/07 season he played for Ankaraspor , where six was used but could not score.
In summer 2007 Đokaj moved to the German second division club TuS Koblenz , for which he was used for two seasons. In the first season he scored 11 goals and thus became the internal top scorer. The next year Djokaj was constantly thrown back from injuries and thus could only score a single goal. For the 2009/10 season he moved to league competitor TSV 1860 Munich , where he signed a performance-related one-year contract. In the first half of the season he only made three short appearances in the league and one in the DFB Cup due to injury. In winter, TSV 1860 agreed with Đokaj to terminate the contract immediately.
In February 2010 he returned to FK Budućnost Podgorica, where he signed a contract until the end of the season.
