Ariana ( Arabic أريانة, DMG Aryāna ) is a city in northern Tunisia , the urban area of ​​which is part of the agglomeration of the Tunisian capital Tunis . It is the capital of the Ariana governorate of the same name and is inhabited by approximately 115,000 people.
