Company history
The Bangalore-based company was the successor to Sipani . In 2001 the production of automobiles began . The brand name was Arjun . Production ended in 2006. Another source gives the production period from 2002 to 2007.

The models 500 and 500 pick-up were on offer . The car version offered space for six to eight people. The pick-up had a payload of 600 kg. The vehicles were powered by an engine with a displacement of 510 cm³ and an output of 11 hp .
