The Bangalore-based company began manufacturing automobiles in 2001 under the direction of Thomas Mathew . The brand name was Scorpion . Production ended in 2005.

The only Barchetta model was a Lotus Seven- style vehicle . The open body offered space for two people. The vehicles were powered by a Maruti Suzuki India engine with a capacity of 1300 cc and 85 hp .
