The Arroyo del Oro is a small river in eastern Uruguay .

The approximately 45 km long river has its source in the Cuchilla de Dionisio . From there it flows through the department of Treinta y Tres in the village of El Oro (Mendizábal) over and finally empties into the Arroyo Corrales del Parao . It belongs to the catchment area of the Laguna Merín basin.
