The Asbach is a 7.1 km long, left tributary of the Wiehl in North Rhine-Westphalia , Germany .

The brook rises about 300 m east of Oberasbach at an altitude of 380 m above sea level. NHN . First flowing off to the west, the stream passes the aforementioned Oberasbach, Niederasbach and Dreslingen . Here the Asbach turns to the northwest and flows through Denklingen around at Brüchermühle at 230 m above sea level. NHN flows into the Wiehl on the left .
The Asbach drains a 14.6 km² catchment area via Wiehl, Agger , Sieg and Rhine to the North Sea . With a height difference of 150 m between the source and the mouth, the mean bed slope is approx. 21 ‰.
