course

The source streams of the Asse arise on the eastern slope of La Dôle above Bonmont in the area of the municipality of Chéserex near the border with France . After the source streams have united at Bonmont , the Asse flows in an easterly direction and for a part forms the border between Chéserex and Gingins . It leaves Gingins again and now flows through the northeastern municipality of Grens . Only a short time later it passed over to Nyon territory. Here it takes a south-westerly course and flows 11.4 kilometers into Lake Geneva. On her way she is usually accompanied by a narrow forest edge.
