action

The 10-year-old succubus Astarotte "Rotte" Ygvar ( ア ス lebt ロ ッ テ ・ ユ グ ヴ ァ ー ル , Asutarotte Yuguvāru ) , the princess of the Kingdom of Ygvarland, lives in a Nordic world (where Icelandic is spoken) of mythological beings ( Álfheimr ) . Her lady-in-waiting Judit Snorrevík ( ユ ー デ ィ ッ ト ・ ス ノ ー レ ヴ ィ ク , Yūditto Sunōreviku ) points out that as a succubus she will soon have to build a harem with men in order to be able to survive, as milk as a substitute will soon no longer be sufficient. Rotte, however, is afraid of men after she suffered a trauma four or five years ago when she had to watch her mother the Queen Mercelída Ygvar ( メ ル チ ェ リ ー ダ ・ ユ グ ヴ ァ ー ル , Merucherīda Yuguvāru ) slept with one of her 3000 harem men, whereupon Rotte slept from the palace moved out. Rotte therefore makes the proposal to build a harem only when a person is brought to her, beings that in Álfheimr are only known from legends.

Judit manages to travel to the human world ( Miðgarðr ) and recruit the 23-year-old Naoya Tōhara ( 塔 原 直 哉 ), although he is shocked to find out later about the nature of his job. Even so, Naoya accepts, just to help Rotte overcome her fear of men, and Rotte reluctantly accepts Naoya as her "toy" ( omocha ) because she is too proud to withdraw her promise.

Naoya later brings in his 10-year-old daughter Asuha Tōhara ( 塔 原 明日 葉 ). Later it turns out that Asuha is also Mercelída's daughter Asuhariet ( ア ス ハ リ ー ト ・ ユ グ ヴ ァ ー ル , Asuharīto Yuguvāru ) and thus Rot's half-sister. Mercelída fled the palace 10 years ago to escape the struggles for the throne of her two older sisters - both later poisoned each other so that Mercelída was unwilling to become queen - into the human world and fell in love with Naoya. Back in Álfheimr, Mercelída gave birth to Asuha, but after a few years returned to the human world to entrust Naoya Asuha, for fear Asuha and Rotte might end up like her and her sisters.

In álfheimr Asuha but finally Rottes best friend is helping her that this approaching her classmates and finally into the Álfur Místrúne "Mist" Asgrim ( ミストルーン·アウスグリム , Misutorūn Ausugurimu ) and Unnbjörg "Unna" Signar ( ユンビョルク·シグナル , Yunbyorugu Shigunaru ) , as well as Dvergur Lucca Austri ( リ ュ ッ カ ・ エ イ ス ト リ , Ryukka Eisutori ) finds more friends.

Later still the "great way Sorveig" joins them, the 7-year-old Varkanína ( "Werkaninchen" / 兎魔族 , usagi Mazoku ) Ingrid "Ini" Sorveig Sorgríms ( イングリッド·ソルヴェイク·ソルグリムス , Inguriddo Soruveiku Sorugurimusu ) , which alone lives in a remote ivory tower , and after a visit Naoyas sees himself as his lover and then moves with her tower into Rotes garden.
