Astrid Nestvogel (born in Königsmoor , Lower Saxony ) is a German actress and doctor .

Life

Astrid Nestvogel completed her acting training at the State University for Music and Theater Hanover . She got her first engagement as an actress at the Städtische Bühnen Dortmund , followed by engagements at the Staatstheater Kassel , the Schleswig-Holsteinisches Landestheater and the Hamburger Kammerspiele .

While she was still acting in various television productions, she began studying medicine at the Hamburg Medical School. There she got her first position as an assistant doctor in surgery. After completing her doctorate, she worked in the Wiegmann Clinic (Berlin) and the Theodor Wenzel Clinic (Berlin) in internal medicine, psychiatry and psychotherapy. Today she works as a specialist in psychosomatic medicine in her own practice in Berlin-Steglitz . On television she had appearances as a doctor at RTL I&II, TV Berlin a. a. on the following topics: bullying, the unconscious, hypnosis, language disorders, fantasy figures. She worked in psychological care for perpetrator-victim comparisons that were broadcast live.
