Onkel Bräsig is a German television series that was filmed from 1978 to 1980 based on the novel by Fritz Reuter Ut mine Stromtid . Uwe Friedrichsen served as the narrator . It tells episodes from the life of the land inspector Zacharias Bräsig, who lived on the fictional Warnitz estate in Mecklenburg in the middle of the 19th century.
