August Friedrich Ludwig von Fabrice , since 1890 von Fabrice-Falk (born September 22, 1823 in Neustrelitz , † October 11, 1891 in Neubrandenburg ) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

August von Fabrice came from the Mecklenburg line of the noble family von Fabrice . He was a son of the Mecklenburg-Strelitz Oberlandjägermeister and chamberlain August Georg Adolf Friedrich von Fabrice (1784-1832). The Oberlanddrost Georg von Fabrice was his younger brother.

He attended the Carolinum grammar school (Neustrelitz) and studied law at the universities of Heidelberg and from October 1846 in Rostock . In Heidelberg he became a member of the Corps Vandalia Heidelberg . After completing his studies, he joined the Grand Duchy of Mecklenburg-Strelitz as an auditor for the Neustrelitz law firm in July 1848 . At the same time he was appointed chamberlain. In October 1848 he came to the Stargard District Court . In 1853 he became assessor at the grand ducal chamber and in 1855 chamberlain .

From 1856 to 1887 he worked as Landdrost (district administrator) in Stargard. In addition, he was chairman of the expropriation commission for the construction of the Friedrich-Franz-Eisenbahn , the Berliner Nordbahn , the Mecklenburgische Südbahn and the Neubrandenburg-Friedländer Eisenbahn . He was chairman of the Stargard agricultural association and from 1872 to 1874 a member of the first board of directors of the Neubrandenburg museum association .

In 1887 he was retired for health reasons, which he spent in Neubrandenburg.

In 1890 he inherited the Falk's money Fideikommiss and received on 28 June 1890, the Grand Duke's permission to name guide Fabrice-Falk in accordance with the existing since June 1882 and the holding of the Fideikommiss knotted name association Fabrice-Falk .

He was married to Auguste Johanna Maria Friederike, born on November 9th, 1852. von Blücher (born March 6, 1834 in Klein Plasten ; † March 4, 1884 in (Burg) Stargard) and was buried in (Burg) Stargard. The son and heir was Maximilian August Friedrich Ernst von Fabrice-Falk (* 1853).
