Ángel Augusto Palacios Valdivieso , called Augusto Palacios , (born December 23, 1953 in Lima ) is a former Peruvian football player and coach .

Career

Angel Augusto Palacios played for the Peruvian clubs Sporting Cristal and Alianza Lima as well as the Venezuelan club Deportivo Táchira FC before moving to Kickers Offenbach in the Bundesliga . There he completed three games in the 1983/84 season . He made his debut on matchday 1 in a 1-0 draw at VfL Bochum . He later played for the Sport Boys and coached Orlando Pirates in Johannesburg .
