The Aunat is a river in France that runs in the Occitania region . It rises in the municipal area of Sieuras , generally drains in a north-westerly direction through a sparsely populated area and flows into the Garonne as a right tributary after 22 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Capens and Montaut . On its way, the Aunat crosses the Ariège and Haute-Garonne departments .
