Attractions

The castle was built at the end of the Middle Ages. It consisted of a square residential tower with four round towers at the corners. The building was rebuilt in the 15th, 18th and 19th centuries. It is partially entered in the supplementary directory of the Monuments historiques (historical monuments). A moat surrounds the castle.

The Gothic church of Saint-Sébastien in Castagnac houses a bell that was cast in 1531. It has been classified as a Monument historique since 1922.
