Montoussin ( Occitan : Montossin ) is a French commune with 132 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Haute-Garonne department and the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the canton of Cazères (until 2015 Le Fousseret ). The inhabitants are called Montoussinois .

geography

Montoussin is about 60 kilometers southwest of Toulouse . The Louge limits the community to the south. Montoussin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Fustignac in the north and north-west, Castelnau-Picampeau in the north, Le Fousseret in the east, Mondavezan in the south, Francon in the west and south-west and Montégut-Bourjac in the west.
